Starting with just two employees we have grown organically to include twelve staff members to date. We continue to invest in our staff and their working environment with continued training at all levels, and are committed to training the next generation through an established apprenticeship scheme.
The RB Fencing team is led by Mark Richardson who oversees all works and our excellent reputation for fencing and gates has been built on a professional approach with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. As a result we are proud to say the majority of our work comes from customer recommendations and referrals.
RB Fencing Ltd has multiple industry accreditations which ensures our compliance to current industry standards. All staff are directly employed, CSCS card holders and are enhanced DBS checked (including child barring) as standard, the company is CIS registered, fully insured and a certified waste carrier.
